Most of us feel like we are always in a state of being “on-guard” about our lives, so when we see the world with its many potential threats, we tend to be “on-guard” all the time. I understand this is true, but it also is the natural state of being, so we need to learn to feel it, instead of trying to feel it.
I can only speak from my own experience. I feel like I am always on high alert, always thinking, and always trying to respond. I don’t mean that as a boast, but rather as an observation, and I think that is perfectly normal.
I feel the same way, but I don’t do it through a bunch of self-awareness. In fact, I am the exact opposite of my brother: I’m not always on high alert, but I’m also not always thinking. I’m just kind of on-guard all the time.
The key to feeling it is awareness. You dont need to be aware of everything, just that you have enough awareness to be aware of it. So the point is it is a balance. You can feel like you are the only one who feels it, but you can also feel like everyone else is feeling it. That is how it works.
So I think that the reason why Im not always on high alert is because I am a person who always feels like he is the only one who feels it. I am not an outlier. I am just like everyone else. If I am out of the loop, it is out of the loop. It does not mean I am not aware of it, but that the majority of the time I am not aware of it. When I go out of the loop, I get scared.
When it comes to the loopy aura, I can’t help but feel like everyone else is feeling it too. It’s the same thing. You have to stay very aware of your own emotions and actions and reactions and feelings in order to keep yourself from being loopy. Even though you may not consciously know why you feel a certain way, if you are not aware of that, then you can’t help but be feeling it.
That’s exactly what happens when we are not aware of our thoughts and reactions and feelings in the loopy aura. Because we cannot tell whether we’re in the loopy or not, we can feel other people’s thoughts and reactions and feelings. Because we can’t tell if we’re a loopy or not, we feel the other person’s emotions and actions (which we can’t even see ourselves because we’re still in the loop).
Loopy aura is an illness of sorts, so that when we are not aware of how we feel, we cannot always tell if our thoughts and feelings are in the loopy or not. However, it is the same general mental concept that what makes people loopy is the same as what makes the loops in a time-loop.
Another interesting thing that I’ve noticed about loopy people is that they tend to have a stronger aura of loopyness. I’ve seen this in myself and other people I know, so it’s not just a random phenomenon.
