But if you manage to find a way to work with you manager, and give him the flexibility to let you work when you want, then you will be able to work more than one job at a time.

Not only is this an important job because you have to help to make this happen, but you also have to make sure that the people you manage are doing their job and not doing anything that is going to cause a problem. If you don’t do your job, you can’t manage very well.
