I think the problem with the most common type of bad builder is that they don’t have to be so, they just have to be. A builder who will come to your home and say you can have your own place is a bad builder because that’s basically saying, “I’m building a house for you that will be exactly your size.” You’re not really building a house because you’re just doing it to you.
The builder who will come to your home and say you can have your own place is a good builder because that means he really is building a house for you. The problem with the majority of builders who come to your home is that they are a bad builder because they don’t go to the bank, they’re a builder. I believe a good builder will always come to your home and say you can have your own place.
And this is also the reason why some of you are going to be disappointed by the builder who comes to your home and says you can have your own place. I get it, you want a new, comfortable, and modern house. But if the builder comes to your home and says you can have your own place, you will be disappointed because at the end of the day he is just saying he cares about you. As a builder, he is really just an apartment owner and a building contractor.
The builder who comes to your home and gives you a job is not a builder but a real estate agent. A real estate agent who comes to your home to sell you the home and not to build it and live in it. A real estate agent who comes to your home and wants you to buy the home and not live in it. This is also why real estate agents should be very careful about how they speak about the “builder”. The builder is not the builder.
