The title of our presentation is “Three Levels of Self-Awareness”. It is a talk we gave to the University of Pennsylvania School of Education, and we’ve been invited to present that talk again at the same school in 2019. This talk includes a section about “Three Levels of Self-Awareness” and how it has to do with a lot of different beliefs, philosophies, and teachings that exist around the world.
The Three Levels of Self-Awareness are the concepts of being aware, aware, and aware. They are the various levels of awareness that exist within us. We are aware of our inner dialogues, we are aware of our feelings, and we are aware of our thoughts, and these are all three of the levels of self-awareness.
I thought it would be a fun question to ask our favorite newbie, roger and talia scott.
We are aware of our inner dialogues. We are aware of our feelings. We are aware of our thoughts. When we are aware of our feelings, then we are aware of our feelings and aware of our feelings. When we are aware of our thoughts, then we are aware of our thoughts. With that being said, there is a lot of overlap between these three levels of awareness.
Now, let’s dig deeper into each one and see which level of awareness is more useful to us.
Our inner dialogues, our feelings, our thoughts, are all very important and we need all three to function well. So when we are aware of our inner dialogues, we are aware of our inner dialogues. When we are aware of our feelings, we are aware of our feelings. When we are aware of our thoughts, we are aware of our thoughts. This is because we are all aware of our feelings. They are not separate from our other awarenesss.
So when we are aware of our thoughts, we are aware of our feelings. When we are aware of our feelings, we are aware of our thoughts.
So when we are aware of our thoughts, we are aware of our feelings. When we are aware of our feelings, we are aware of our thoughts. So when we are aware of our thoughts, we are aware of our feelings. When we are aware of our feelings, we are aware of our thoughts. So when we are aware of our thoughts, we are aware of our feelings. When we are aware of our feelings, we are aware of our thoughts.
Well, that last paragraph is a bit of a contradiction, I guess, because when we are aware of our thoughts, we are also aware of our feelings.
If we are aware of our feelings, we are aware of our thoughts. If we are aware of our feelings, we are aware of our thoughts. If we are aware of our thoughts, we are aware of our feelings.
