Social media has become an integral part of our society. It allows us to connect with friends, family and colleagues across the globe. However, there are also risks associated with using social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. In this blog post we will discuss how these platforms can impact interpersonal relationships. Mixx makes it quite easier to get more followers, likes, and many more on social media.

Facebook

Facebook is a social networking site that allows individuals to connect with friends and family, as well as make new connections. It also provides tools for businesses to network with other businesses, promote their products and services, engage with customers and clients, manage customer relationships and more.

Facebook has been around since 2004 when Mark Zuckerberg launched it at Harvard University as Thefacebook. In 2013, Facebook had 2 billion members worldwide (about 1/3rd of the world’s population). The average user spends about 30 minutes per day on the site which makes up around one third of their total daily time spent online

In 2017, Facebook had over 2.2 billion monthly active users (MAU) worldwide, up from 1.74 billion MAU in 2016. In the U.S., Facebook has over 239 million MAUs as of December 31st, 2017, an increase of 20 million MAUs from the prior year. Facebook also has around 2 billion daily active users on average per month as of December 31st, 2017.

Instagram

Instagram is a social media platform that allows users to share photos and videos. Users can upload and share images, videos, and other content. It’s also a great way to keep in touch with friends and family who aren’t around often.

Instagram was launched in 2010 by Kevin Systrom, Mike Krieger, and Paul Fulop as an iOS app for mobile phones. In 2012 Facebook purchased the company for $1 billion dollars (USD).

The app was released for Android in 2012 and became available on both iOS and Android devices. In 2016 Instagram announced that it had reached over 400 million users, making it one of the most popular social media platforms in the world. Twitter

Twitter is a social networking website that enables users to send and read short 140-character messages called “tweets”. Users can update their status, interact with other users via direct message, follow or unfollow other people. Twitter was created in 2006 by Jack Dorsey, Noah Glass and Biz Stone. The company had been developing the service since 2006 under the name “twttr”, but these names were changed to avoid trademark issues with a similar sounding product name (tweet).

Twitter features several features that have made it one of the most widely used microblogging services in the world, including hashtags (#), retweets (#RT), and mentions (#DM). The messages are also archived after they are sent; this means that if you change your mind about something being said on Twitter or want to retract an insult towards someone else, you don’t have to delete it right away—you can simply edit what was said at any time!

Conclusion

As we’ve learned, these three platforms can be used in an unethical manner. They highlight our personal lives and relationships to an audience of millions of people, and they can act as a distraction from more important things. But at the same time, they also provide us with a way to connect with friends and family all over the world—and that’s something not everyone has access to! At the end of all this research about how social media hinders interpersonal relationships and communication between people (especially when it comes down to business), I hope we’ve come away with some ideas about how you might use your own social media accounts responsibly.
