What Is The RRB Group D Examination?

For male and female applicants, the RRB Group D Physical efficiency test differs. Candidates who identify as males must be capable of lifting and carrying thirty-five kilograms for hundred metres in two minutes without a stop. In one attempt, cover a thousand metres in four minutes and fifteen seconds. Candidates who identify as females must be strong enough to lift & carry twenty kilograms for hundred metres in two minutes without a break.
